BOOSTER PUMP STATIONS
We designed and built this Booster Pump Station to help
Pennsylvania American Water
solve pressure management challenges in Bulger, PA. By delivering the
21' x 12' modular unit fully prefabricated and pre-tested, we eliminated the need for extensive on-site assembly and reduced construction risk. Outfitted with
multistage pumps, epoxy-coated piping, and integrated controls, this station provides reliable performance while saving time and money in the field.
At the
Greeley Interconnect in Weld County, we engineered a custom underground booster pump station to meet Colorado’s demanding
soil, seismic, and climate conditions.
The prefabricated vault was built with
reinforced steel construction and an advanced anchoring system to ensure
long-term stability against groundwater forces. By solving these site-specific challenges in our factory, we delivered a code-compliant, resilient solution that minimized on-site complexity and secured reliable water delivery for the community.
